Newmen documentation

Set two environment variables and any OpenAI- or Anthropic-shape client works through Newmen — at least 5% off from your first call, the served model on every call, and thumbs-down refunds. No SDK rewrite. Atlas mode optimizes each call by default; Strict mode pins an exact model. The Reliability Loop (Pro) adds opt-in per-operation tuning when you want it.
